Troubleshooting

In the first instance most common problems can be solved by checking the following steps. Please check these first before contacting our technical support.

1. First of all make sure that you have the latest version of DYMO Label Software installed and running on your computer. You can download the latest version for free from Link DYMO

2. You've purchased the right version of Instant Labels, it can be quite easy to accidentally click on the wrong download, so just double check that you have the appropriate MAC or Windows PC version.

3. You've clicked the download link in the email you have received confirming your purchase.

4. After you have successfully downloaded you purchase...

PC Users: Your digital download is supplied as a self extracting archive. When your download is complete, just double click on the .exe file and the on screen menu and guide will open giving you full instructions and the option to install.

MAC Users: Your digital download is supplied as a zip file. When your download is complete, double click on the zip file you downloaded to un archive it. Then open the un archived folder and run the menu file, this will open the on screen guide and tell you everything you need to know!
