Where do I get DYMO Label Software?

You can download the latest version of DYMO Labelwriter software for free from Link DYMO

Can I use Instant Labels on a Mac and a PC?

Yes, but it's important to remember that the DYMO Label Software format is not the same for the PC and Mac versions, so you need to buy the right edition for your computer. PC and Mac editions are available in the store.

What kind of LabelWriter do I need?

Any series 300 or 400 or later LabelWriter will work with DYMO Label software 7.5 and will work with instant labels.

What are the system requirements for Instant Labels?

Instant Labels are designed and tested to work with the latest (at time of writing), DYMO Label Software 7.5 although they may well be compatible with earlier versions of DYMO Label Software.

At time of writing DYMO label software will run under Mac OS x 10.2.8 or higher and Windows 98/ME/2000/XP and VISTA. Check DYMO's web site for current system requirements to run label software. The software is compatible with series 300 and 400 LabelWriter's

How do I find the design I want to use?

Easy! Each pack of instant labels includes a thumbnail gallery so you can easily browse and choose from the available designs. The gallery is supplied as a pdf file in your download folder, to view on screen or print if you wish. You can also use preview window in the Label Software.

Can I use the Instant Label designs to print any size of label?

We supply our designs in as many different size formats as possible. However some designs are simply not suitable to produce in all label sizes, so we could never supply them in all sized formats. We use several key sizes throughout a theme, so for example our postal and packaging labels are available in Shipping, Large Address and Standard Address. Using set sizes for any one theme enables us to optimise the designs to give the best printed results.

What if I want to uninstall instant labels

Not a problem, when you choose to install Instant Labels you choose the path. This installs the designs in that folder. So should you want to, you can simply navigate to the folder and delete the labels. But take care to only delete the Instant Labels.
